Actually that's not true... Even within our current understanding of physics there's actually room for forms of FTL.
Including warp and wormholes.

Got back into bed then started over heating. Over the next hour.
All night couldn't get my body temp comfortable.
While main sore throat gone. It's turned into a painful cough and lots of green coming up..........
