Cody Balmer of Harrisburg PA has been arrested for this morning's arson attack on Gov. Shapiro. Balmer's house is up for auction on foreclosure. He may blame the governor, but it was the local sheriff who foreclosed and posted the notice. Makes no sense, but such things rarely do.
