But Flint would (probably)like u to know that the government was already not doing anything substantial regarding the lead crisis. Nothing everyone is complaining about is new; it’s just amplified. When it was only happening to marginalized communities a lot of you weren’t saying anything about it.

Former Catholic here. It’s supposed to be an exaggerated display of how, because of Original Sin, Catholics often times just carry a universal feeling guilt for a lot of things. Some congregations (a lot, actually) encourage self guilt through labelling most actions as sinful, like mine growing up.

No you’re right. My freshman year ex military history teacher was also a coach. I gave a presentation about my Mexican heritage and then tried to challenge me on saying “so, yeah, I’m Mexican”. Weird shit.
