The secret really is to go outside year round. I walk nearly daily (yes even in the dark/ cold). We also ski. I only skip the walks when the temps reach single digits. Warm yoga classes & gyms with saunas, steam rooms or hot tubs also help.

I took the statement not to mean your nephew needs to move but that even if he doesn’t move, he should not quit - he should let them fire him.
