He doesn't have the power by himself, and Jagmeet Singh should prefer the conditions that doesn't result in a CPC majority.

In the early 1900s, people realized the newspapers were millionaire propaganda. The World Wars made people believe the propaganda was unbiased. We are merely re-awakening to the fact that those millionaires are now billionaires, and we are poorer than ever in a comparative scale.

The problem is that disability hasn't been desigmatized as much as sex work.
The problem isn't limited to men; it's everyone who has a productivity-equals-value mentality.
I have some idea how endemic the issue is as my oldest daughter is not a teenager anymore. I'm sorry about the creeps.

On one hand, I am happy that sex work is being destigmatized.
On the other hand, though, the shear number of people, but especially women, who need it to survive nowadays is deeply depressing.
On the third hand, I am too shy to do it myself, and people always ask about the third hand.

"In the European continent, Belarus and North Macedonia — relative to their population size — have the highest prevalence of modern slavery in the region while Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine have the highest absolute number and account for over one-third (39%) of the victims in the region." Not the EU.

Migrant workers are exploited by the capitalist system, but they're still paid money.
It's been a growing issue worldwide where people are used for economic growth, but not given a pathway to residency, citizenship, or any sort of stability.
The UK has more migrant labour now than pre-Brexit.

As an immigrant to the UK, do you work?

Oh, I see why you are so confused. No, they weren't slaves. They were paid money. That's how capitalistic societies like the UK work.
What about my statement was selfish?

Oh, my self-esteem isn't impacted by a hypocritical immigrant Boomer.
Thank you for your concern though.

Young workers would come to the UK to make money. Old workers would return home after earning enough to live a better life in their home country.
There were always more young upstarts willing to fill the economic vacancies that Brits didn't want to do.

Why would I want to do that?

Do you mean the £3.25B that the UK loaned to Ireland as part of the €85B EU bail-out in 2010?
The EU was involved with Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Lativa, and Romania bailouts since Greece, so it's hard to tell what you are trying to reference when it doesn't match any real history.

I wouldn't mind turning back the clock.

The UK bailed out your country of birth, which is in the EU, and the EU did not?

They? The UK stepped in and helped who?
You are a hypocrite or a liar. I can't decide which, but isn't it past your bedtime, Boomer?

Maybe it's a new experience for you, but when someone says "sorry", it is part of admitting a mistake.
Now, it's your turn Mr. BN autocorrect.

Psst, he turned into a real boy in the end.

They? Your country? You emmigrated from an EU-country, but the EU didn't bail it out? You are an immigrant and complaining about immigration to the UK?
Greece's economy grew 8.7% in 2021, 5.7% in 2022 and 2.3% in 2023. Seems slightly better than your chosen country.

Sorry, I didn't double check what poor excuse you came up with for being wrong.

How is either mln or bln being autocorrected? Neither is a real abbreviation. It's okay to admit you made a mistake.

So you did bend a knee to the Queen. What was that about wanting to die on your feet for democracy?

An extra £20 trillion a year? You need to invent more realistic pipe dreams.
So you bent a knee to the Queen/King? I thought it was better to die on your feet.
If you aren't a British citizen, then why the hell should an EU-citizen's opinion influence calling another democratic referendum?

Wait, Brexit didn't happen? Oh, you just don't understand what respect means.

The EU has democratic elections. If you can't support the collectivism of the EU, why keep the UK? England can sulk in the corner by itself.
You emigrate from a country; you immigrant to a country.
You'll definitely die on your feet if you're waiting for that additional NHS funding to appear.

I think you need to check the difference between a direct referendum and a general election.

This was the third lowest turnout (59.7%) in a British election since 1880 (1918 at 57.2% and 2001 at 59.4%).
Polling over the last 4 years averages in favour of rejoining 58% to 42%.
People want a leader who will be bold in making Britian better.
