Believe me I understand. But in these cases - we need to save ourselves. Make mutual aid collectives. There's no easy fix when the system fails us.

I hear you. But I think that will take some time to happen, and in the meantime individuals can keep funding abortions and donating to food banks and all the rest of it. There's no unity on the left currently but when you see a spear let me know and I'll encourage people to throw it

As said before, both the writer and myself are not based in the US (although I vote in the US). It's more a warning to us in other places to get to work on not letting facism sneak up on us, especially since it's already here.

Poland is PERSECUTING a woman who gave help when it was asked. Remember - the pills in question were not taken stolen by an abuser who called the police on his partner and Justyna. No abortions were committed in the making of this criminal proseuction.

I'm not a fan of Republicans (AT ALL) but a lot of people forget the Democrats were once the party of slave owners. Would love a viable third party option. Or just ONE actually left wing party.
