We're definitely in the "Is this team cursed?" sweepstakes alongside Philly and Orlando this season.

You know... I seriously forgot Terry existed until I saw this. I just put him in a penalty box in my mind.

Waiting for that trusty NBA app "CLOSE GAME" notification to come up when I go to get water or something in a few minutes.

Exactly. And at 21?? π
I keep thinking about that ASG video where Jokic tries to roast him for bringing a book, but all that did was make me respect Wemby more. He's a great face of the NBA. And seems like a genuinely good kid with a mature head on his shoulders (I know, I sound 80 π).

We started laughing hysterically when they tried to give him the clutch shot.

I suspect this is why the NBA was highlighting Tyler nonstop through all of this. It was clear he was one of the few not jaded and just really happy to be there.

I was happy for that random guy, though. Talk about a dream life experience.

Did they say why he got the start? Is it because he's one of the few who acted like they actually wanted to be there?

This is separate, but I was just saying something about people being surprised that Tyler hadn't shot from a rack in years. Of course he hasn't. His form is solid. He practices off passes. Because that's how games actually work. If you're super comfortable shooting off a rack, you're prob new.
