2. Would Musk be delighted by furloughing 90% of government workers with a shutdown? YES. And he'd make sure they never returned to their jobs. A government shutdown would be AN ENORMOUS GIFT to Musk.

Agreed. I'm reading a lot of whining here and NOT ONE CONSTRUCTIVE PLAN. Schumer is NOT the problem, REPUBLICANS + TRUMP + MUSK are the problem. Democrats have a self-destructive habit of organizing the circular firing squad when anything goes wrong beyond their control. Focus on the REAL problem.

I listened to a video on YT the other day by ElizabethWarren which suggested everyone involved in effecting an illegal order can, indeed, be sued. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

And yet his constituents kept voting him in. It's really not entirely his fault. He was completely enabled. Maybe if Americans understood the meaning of "We The People," Congress wouldn't be populated by sociopaths.
