Anyone know best practices for implementing GitHub-style URLs w/ usernames at the beginning of the path? For example, there's a marketing page at github.com/solutions/in.... Do you have to update a list of reserved usernames (e.g., "Can't register user 'solutions'!") every time you add a new page?
