Jeez, I’ve been off BlueSky for a couple of weeks and I come back to this? It was so civilized…how about we disagree and debate without acting like we’re on X? As billionaires go, Cuban is generally one of the good ones.

Excellent idea. I keep hearing they’ve found “massive waste, abuse and fraud” (and Republicans everywhere, regular people, are parroting this language) without any specifics. Please, if I missed it, someone tell me what exactly they’ve found.

Yes, and aren’t they saying that laws now mean nothing? And if they mean nothing then we the people can break them too.

Exactly. My husband has devoted his entire career to lung transplant research. We’re sick. He said this essentially means the end of medical research at every university in the country. Not to mention an untold number of jobs.

If someone could figure out how to live stream the game WITHOUT pictures of him I’d pay a lot of money for that.

Can we organize to support primary challenges to GOP senators and reps? Pressure them to resist Trump. In some states we might have to switch parties for the primary but who cares.

Yes. General strike, spending boycott and everyone files an extension on tax returns. A class-action refusal to send money to a corrupt and compromised Treasury.

I do think the public can help here. Donate money to the non-profits for sure. But also get really loud. Our energy will attract elected reps and big organizations to the movement.

And maybe it’s okay for none of us to file tax returns this year. I mean, do we really want to be giving money to Elon’s Treasury?

I agree, we need them, despite their faults. Otherwise what else are we left with?

These GOP members should be feeling pressure from our side too.

Agree, we need to be strategic. But how? I keep hearing R’s in Congress are afraid to oppose him because he’ll push primary challenges & Musk will pay for them. Can we play the same game in reverse, ie, mess with the GOP primary? I could vote as a RINO for a good cause.

Yes! I never thought I’d say this but what this country needs right now is more lawyers. The more Team Felon is tied up in court, the less damage they can do.

The only response now is to post the names, photos and addresses of all 1,500 pardoned rioters, with a brief description of their crimes. Let the public know, and they can act accordingly.

so bad, look at Trump, he has 34 felony convictions and he's the president. He's about to pardon the insurrectionists. What are we going to do to make sure he doesn't get to rewrite that history?

the next generation about why America is ACTUALLY great and what they have to do to maintain it. We can't let the Felon-in-Chief become some sort of role model for our kids, or lower our standards for what we value in a leader. Our teenagers are thinking oh, getting caught with alcohol/weed isn't...

Liz Cheney will age well, Trump will not. When his MAGA folks and GOP butt-kissers awaken from their altered state, he'll be a cringy old man who even Fox will ignore because he has nothing factually relevant to offer. But we have to work hard and smart starting now, mostly to involve and educate...
