ローカルは、自分のrepoにあるbluemoji(自分が作った or コピーした絵文字)
グローバルは、StellarのAppViewがjetstreamから集計してきたすべてのbluemoji、というふうに分けています
(もともとはすべて一つのタブで表示していたのですが、一時期治安の悪いbluemojiが大量に流れてきた時期があって、その時期に分けたものです)

ついでに関連情報まとめておくか。Bluemojiのfacetに対応していると思しきクライアントとしてはaglais, Morpho, Stellarの3つを観測している。reaction recordはStellar独自のもの。リアクション絡みだとikuradonが別の独自実装を持っており、これはlike recordの追加フィールドとして実現されている。探せばもう少し出てきそうな気もするけど、とりあえず。
