Writing can be so therapeutic for dealing with pain and trauma. I've finally stopped crying about things randomly, but writing about them and choosing to sift through those feelings again helps so much with properly dealing with it. Definitely recommend journaling if you're having a rough time.

Went through a bit of a mid-life crisis, and I'm really glad that I did since I feel better now than I have in years. Even the worst things in our lives can lead to us becoming better people.

I've had dogs ever since I was a child. I've experienced countless passings, be it because of old age or diseases. I also lost one because of a road accident. It's never easy, & I guess I'll never be immune to the pain of losing them. Doggos passing made me remember them, so now I can't stop crying.
