I had to take my cat to urgent care yesterday. Logically, I knew it probably wasn't bird flu, because he's very low risk (indoors only, no raw food, and I've been careful about tracking things in on my shoes and outerwear), but I was still terrified he'd caught it somehow. (My cat will be fine.)
