well one of the many reasons why choosing Black Joy is revolutionary anyway. i'd recommend the James Baldwin documentary "I Am Not Your Negro". I cried while seeing it in theaters. Having Samuel L Jackson narrate your inner emotion jumble will do that to you. Free on Tubi #blackhistorymonth

I don't normally use eggs when frying. you can just use seasoned flour and water (all-purpose flour seasoned with whatever spices you're using). otherwise prob the cornstarch & water should work too
