Why not cut the Secret Service budget by about 30%. Cut Congress pay by 30%. Cut vacation pay by 50%, Paid health insurance for Congress needs to totally stop. They can purchase their own like other Americans have to. Congress needs to be in chamber 40 hours a week minimum!
