OMG I've been dealing with that too. I am in a constant state of survival mode and my body can't take it anymore. What kind of specialist do you go to for that? Sorry I sound very ignorant but I am regarding the subject.

And it's a vicious cycle. I have PTSD from when my dad kicked me out and I experienced extreme poverty. Now with how things are, the plumetting of my income, the fact that i live by the day again and the world state atm has my ptsd triggering all the time and i can't help it.
