Just talked staffer in Van Hollen's office. He's a no on cloture, which I thanked her for, but tl/dr I told her that what it looked like was they were cagey all week, Schumer whipped enough yes votes, they figured out who couldn't afford to not be a no once they had enough yeses. Schumer has to go.
