Just learned that Victor Antonov just passed away - art director of Half Life 2 and art lead of Dishonoured. Probably some of if not the best art directed games of all time. HL2s has always been a massive influence on me since I first played it as a 17 year old. What a tragedy, he was only 52

i'm absolutely devastated man... 52... i don't use the word lightly but antonov was an actual visionary. his eye for art direction was unlike any other and has been so incredibly inspiring. one of the few who's work you could instantly recognise. this is heartbreaking
