reused the old Menat concept art to make Vira Vira and Menat were Rose's apprentices, but Vira was more obsessed with power, and betrayed her master to become Bison's apprentice sorta inspired by @kujikawaii.bsky.social's Menatposting also yes 'Vira' is a reference to SF6, aka SFVI. 'VIra'.
