When they come to my door here in Italy, they’re polite, but they leave quickly when I tell them I am a pagan priestess
It’s reasonable to give tax exemptions to churches for charitable work, buying food for the poor or running shelters
Everything else should be taxed

I truly wish the best for everyone struggling.
It doesn’t make it better to prove everyone who said I was crazy wrong.
It just makes me sad that more people didn’t listen until it was too late to stop it

The signs of fascism were there, and the clear intent of the extremists, and the loss of civil liberties.
It’s been building for decades, if you know what to look for.

You can’t chase people sitting
You can’t take photos of a “riot” of people sitting
They can bury the story, for a while, they can mock, but eventually millions of people filling streets silently sitting would crush them

My family went to the USA 120 years ago for the same reason.
We came back to 🇮🇹 eight years ago (after 4 years of planning) because we saw where things were headed
It truly is tragic to watch the US destroy itself
Everyone thought I was crazy then, but they don’t think so any more
