i'd say no because it's very hard to play catchup metawise in that game as they don't chill with the character releases and powercreep

overall it all feels like they put more thought into connecting things with each other, i can totally get not liking it, but the ''devs lost interest'' i fail to grasp, only thing that gets me feeling that way is the new artifact set

...why? not a fan of the characters so far, but exploration is the most fun i've had since rain forest sumeru, the reputation system feels like a breath of fresh hair and ties to the exploration of the area in a very pleasant way, the map design feels huge without feeling a pain to travel through
