If you zoom in closer, there's an additional step where EMS picks him up, brings him to the ED, and he is given a prescription and told to follow up with his primary care provider.

It all worked out! A coworker of his repeated my order, and he fixed it. I suspect it was a combination of my accent sounding like "a rooster being murdered" (per my asawa) and his surprise at a kano speaking Filipino 😱
