JUST IN: The Supreme Court paused a midnight deadline for the Trump administration to pay $2 billion in frozen foreign aid.

USAID informed employees via email that it is terminating 2,000 workers and placing thousands of foreign service officers and other direct hires worldwide on paid leave, effective tonight.
