Let's start with the tenth amendment violation... And go on to the disregard of decades of case law on federal preemption.

They follow MAGA Jesus.

Thanks. The gist of the story is that some MAGA preachers are claiming that empathy is unchristian.

I think it's because I have a paid Guardian account. This has happened before. I'm sorry.

I don't think we should be taking scientific guidance or even asking for it from a guy who believes the earth is four thousand years old and that humans cavorted with dinosaurs.

When will a court sanction? The justice department lawyers for violating the most basic rules of ethics?

The 4th Circuit has the reputation for being a conservative court. The fact that this was issued as a unanimous decision tells you a lot about how weak the government's case is.

I don't blame you for not wanting to come here. Before I was disabled, I practiced immigration law. He did telehealth during the pandemic, but not anymore. My neurologist gave me the choice of preventive medicine. I chose Aimovig because of what I read in his book.

I did, and it costs less than the new book. I read it very soon after being diagnosed.

For his candor, which is required by the rules of ethics, the Justice Department's attorney has been put on leave.

His description of the symptoms and causes of PPPD fit me perfectly. I haven't gotten to the part where he tells us what to do about it yet, though!

Unfortunately she's right. What that's as much an indictment of her as the others

Yes. It is very difficult to distinguish between them. Dr. Beh, who wrote "the" book on VM, has just published one on 3PD: a.co/d/bhjAp3i. Perhaps it is available outside of Amazon.

I feel as if I've had one continuous VM episode since it started last summer. Within it, I have acute attacks, like the one I got yesterday after attending a protest rally. Most of the time, the attacks take the form of a migraine headache. Yesterday, it was severe dizziness and imbalance - PPPD.

This is how I understand the MAGA and Trump election. The only change is more types of people to hate.
