I'd put an Italian flag emoji here but that's a thing fascists do in Italy so I'm not sure

Are half-elves sterile or can they have kids? I love seeing how different media approach the subject of half species

Cancer is so stupid smh, my body could just not have it 😤

I get what you're saying but I hate this kind of accomodating attitude. Sure, it's more direct, but these guys won't need an excuse to crush you and in the end you'll have compromised for nothing. Stay non violent, but otherwise I say get it out there and be loud

"Please don't protest for humanitarian crises our nation is causing abroad 😭 Or else journalists might be mad at you 😭 Our image is important 😭"

Honestly I feel like this is based in a (somewhat misplaced) trust that a cat won't get lost and is simply roaming about. I don't think anyone would have the same attitude towards a wandering unmarked dog

Some version of the yard does, sure Sadly no two versions match

I mean, you only need to go in a straight line

Mary Doria Russell's The Sparrow solves it by making people fly in huge, meters-wide solid rock asteroids, and I think that's pretty cool

@gork.bluesky.bot is this something we can do
comment in response to post
Let's just say it doesn't align with the objective roadmap of a key stakeholder

"Can I copy your meter?" "Sure, just don't make it too obvious you copied"

You should really yap your heart out :) People who are only interested in your drawings can just skip the lore/creative process posts. Literally nobody is harmed by you writing your stuff and so many people are going to be interested!
comment in response to post
You wouldn't do that to your devoted followers, right? Right?

If you don't explicitly mention the "select few" without an amogus you'll be condemning hundreds of people to an eternal fruitless search. Thousands might die. Please, be merciful, you can save millions of lives!

I don't want to sound dramatic but I would commit crimes for London if they asked me

Just out of curiosity, what's your native language? I'm Italian!
comment in response to post
English is also my second language and for some reason I experience the same thing! Must be because we keep thinking about how sentences are built, so it's more natural when we have to actually build them
comment in response to post
"probably not the right word" pretty much summarises the writing experience

Also passionately in love with open shoes

Horny for aesthetic and comfort

Ignoring it is not enough, we need revenge on whoever wrote it

People cook oatmeal IN WATER???? And then act surprised when it tastes like NOTHING??????

This is not an attack on his foreign policies, which I would happily get behind. It's an attack on the health of an old man who just found out he has a potentially fatal form of cancer. You have to be the lowest kind of filth to attack a vulnerable person in this way

But people talk sooooo muuuuch!!! Booooriiiiing!!

At this point I'm just counting the days before this exact sentence comes out in official news

Why would you move into the literal Theocracy if it's full of religious fanatics? 👀 Also, is the religion dangerous because of homophobia or just a general tendency to burn people?

To be fair, I laughed at this but then realised I was thinking about "The Menu"

I admitted some comments down the thread that the 80s were a bit of an overstatement, I was thinking way earlier than that
comment in response to post
That seems like a perk to me, but fiiiine

Also, what do you mean "you know more than Musk about robotics"? Are you a roboticist (or adjacent) or did you watch youtube videos like myself? Musk at leasts speaks with robotics engineers, even if he doesn't actually understand what they're saying
comment in response to post
I'll admit the '80s were a bit too close, this kind of talks were more common before PCs had a chance of being practical. It doesn't change the fact that the past is full of predictions that turned out wildly inaccurate. Why risk it? I hate Musk without any need to speculate on future robots

Ok full disclosure, my first thought was a sort of yassified, mocking picture of AOC for some reason (I'm not great with faces) 😂 Glad I was wrong, I'll look her up!

You gotta put in another 2-3000 hours, you just gotta

In all honesty all of it but it might be my fault Who's the woman on the right? I'm not American lmao

But have you built a lot of good factories?

What does this mean

Dems: "Careful, if we write anything too different we'll be accused of being radical socialists" *writes the exact same thing but in rainbow markers* *GOP cries about dangerous woke communists* Dems: "I knew it, we need to go further right next time"
comment in response to post
Out of topic but going to school in Italy I've used chalk boards from elementary school (2000) to the end of university (2021). Whiteboard markers are expensive tbh

Ok fine, one billionaire's wife can be in the clique if she must

Just incredible thumbnail for this one. A work of art

Are you an expert in the field or are you just making random predictions about the next 30-40 years?
comment in response to post
You keep answering yourself man
comment in response to post
By instinct I agree with you, but I wouldn't risk making fools out of ourselves just out of spite for a delusional guy. There's plenty of reasons to hate on him without making half-assed predictions (Btw, every task a smartphone can do is done better by a specialized device)
comment in response to post
While I do agree that he is an idiot, this argument could've been applied to mobile phones and computers in the 80s and we'd be laughing at it now
comment in response to post
I'm glad the idea isn't too revolutionary, now we just have to actually use it!

Maybe this whole experience will teach us to write shorter reports, or to include summaries in the reports themselves. Or write shorter emails. It was about time for both tbh

The downside is that if he doesn't, he risks getting healthier and ultimately living longer

The way you worded this, it sounds like it's really hard to get bad info from GPT and it usually gives great info, making it easier to use than Wikipedia. Just saying, I was confused when reading the comment
