1. I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
2. I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highways
3. I've stepped in the middle of seven sad forests
4. I've been out in front of a dozen dead oceans
5. I've been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard

So dirty. It's particularly memorable state-side bc one of the most vulgar versions is done by a comedian who is primarily known for his role as a wholesome Dad in a popular family friendly TV series.

When I first read the title my mind went to The Aristocrats... Which while very similar in name, is a very different movie.
I do wonder how that's aged... 20 years ago I found it vulgar and hilarious.

My chance at wealth died when my wife refused to name our son after me and sell him out to corporate USA-- Carl's Jr needs a mascot right?

To be fair... these cuts and reductions of service were in the plan before now.
Although, if I'm not mistaken the plan was created by DeJoy, who was appointed during Donny1.0, so we can still blame him...

Take it or leave it. Like I said, I've never seen anybody else approach the unit circle like this but it really worked for my students (anchored it in "arc length" around a unit circle and then a day or two later was like "oh yeah, thats called radians")

Do you want to see my stuff? Mostly student focused, I approached it in a unique way (based on circumference) but students got it.

Although now that I think about it- does England use the pound for weight?
Obviously it's used for their currency.. but the problem is explicitly talking about weight.

Follow up question - what assumptions are being made about human behavior?
It general it appears that this claims that sad, evil, angry... are negative emotions/feelings with happy, angelic, happy... as their equal and positive, opposite.
I like the concept, not sure i agree with the execution.

I feel that. People are understandably beatdown by the state of the world, which is very real & something I want to engage with... but also life is hard & exhausting & I use this as escape...

Yup.
I have cookbooks that rarely get opened
Pull up a website or 5 & then just mix & match (& add on)
The 9yo has been asking me to make "cinnamon rolls" again... which was an improvised porchetta. I have no idea but he tells me I "laminated it" (which i think means vacuum sealed, thus sous vide)

My mom always said "save your love for people" after child me would exclaim my love for (insert: food, game...)
Her rationale was that if you say "I love you" to your coffee and then "I love you" to your spouse, what does that say about quality/magnitude of the love that you're giving?

Gee... I always thought I would die early due to a lifetime of bad decision making and lack of self-care.

I had a coworker who would never work 4 consecutive 5 day weeks. If there wasn't a shortened week, On that 4th week they'd take a mental health day to go for a hike, take care of things that cant be done during a school day, of just stare into the abyss...

A fried egg does wonders- as long as you're in a place to make a mess of yourself/surroundings
Theres a place that has fried chicken w/bacon, gravy & a fried egg on a buttermilk biscuit
Delish & takes a year off your life

My (non Canadian... But boy do I have stories from Canada!) understanding is it's basically a brisket plate served in a pile... (Brisket, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms...topped with (maple syrup, obviously, infused) BBQ sauce.

I remember doing that math - I had 6 sections of the same class, ~30/ class. So If I gave an assessment & wanted to give feedback... 1min per student was my entire prep time for the week.
