It implied that the team didn't vet guys on the practice squad, and then unsettling social media comments emerged from those guys.
But it's random guys that posted creepy stuff. The Sparks didn't hire any of them (yet), but Brink seems to think the Sparks won't vet anyone.

I hate Elon as much as anyone, but this is absolutely the worst thing to do.
The boycott is working, don’t spoil it and detract from it!
Destroying teslas just reduces the over-supply and is counterproductive, not to mention environmentally damaging and criminal.
