Our #HamOnt cops, (& Ontario's 12 largest police services) received above-inflation budget increases last year. Can't recall a year when they didn't. It's our largest expense & usually passes w/o serious scrutiny. If this is all $ well spent, why aren't we all living in a crime-free utopia by now?
