We wrote a protocol to quantify plasma membrane fluidity using a confocal microscope 🔬 Hopefully those interested in measuring membrane biophysical properties in live cells find it useful. We also provide an ImageJ/Fiji tool to make the analysis as easy as possible. www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Time flies... 7 years ago this week. I was a green PhD student off to do a stint in the Suzuki lab at the CZC @hokkaido-univ.bsky.social. Living in Sapporo was like a dream. The excitement for research I witnessed and found in this place was my inspiration to pursue a life in academia!
