I’ve always struggled with my weight. I probably always will. But today was my 100th consecutive day waking up at 4:45am so I could run a 5km on my treadmill before the kids wake up. 100 days in a row. I’m really proud of myself.

Exactly 12 years ago today I won a Nationally Televised Reality Show…. Gillette Drafted Season 4. It really did change my life, just not in the way I ever could have imagined. I still have the DVDs and can’t wait to show my kids one day. I remember sobbing in episode 7 lol
