Então, no fundo, um teste é uma forma de mensurar se o candidato consegue produzir algo bom e consistente, com a rapidez necessária.
Mas é claro, tem que ser um teste bem feitos bem pensado, com objetivo claro, etc. O que a maioria não é. A maioria does testes é ruim, sem noção…

Pq você sabe muitas vezes pq um teste é pedido? Pq um reel de portfólio é muito bom pra mostrar que você é criativo, e cria coisas legais etc. Mas quanto tempo aquilo te demorou pra fazer?
Um teste com tempo determinado tem o objetivo de ver se você consegue produzir X coisas boas em Y tempo.

Ohhh I really liked the puzzles! I'm biased, because I'm a person who likes puzzle games, but I did really like them, I thought that they were well created and they didn't repeat the same pattern thru the game. Every different location had a different mechanic and a different way to think about them
