So I need to file a complaint against a business. I purchased an item that comes with a warranty, and I did not get the warranty. What is my recourse now that the CFPB is no more? So went to a Scepticflesh and Ex Deo concert yesterday, was really looking forward to seeing Ex Deo. Turns out they dropped out of the tour and @ticketmaster.com never sent an email about the change in lineup. Only place I saw the change announced was on Instagram at the venue.
