Man I feel ya, I'm so weak for notebooks and journals, but in my case I then hesitate to use em bc they're too pretty and pristine

Good point! It's very comforting/nostalgic for me bc I started out traditional, plus it just feels nice to work with physical stuff. The only gripe I have with pen & paper is it not having a Ctrl + Z.....it's muscle memory at this point, what do u mean I have to manually erase everything
