Yes, and donate books that you are done with to the library for the library book sales.
I use my library card to listen to downloadable audio books
on my desktop. They even keep your page for you. No need to go to the library. I can do it all online. It's wonderful.

Or you could donate them to the local library for their annual book sale. And then the library can buy more books and DVDs for patrons to check out.

Please donate to Goodwill so us old folks can buy them
on senior discount day and resell them on Ebay or Amazon or
other sites. This keeps us busy and helps supplements our income. Some are quite collectible.
