Please purchase from an independent bookstore. Amazon is awful and Bezos does not need your money nor does he deserve it. Amazon workers in Quebec won the right to form a union and he just shut down the entire operation. Threw 2000 workers out on the street. #NeverAmazon

Attended a book event for the great Carol Off tonight. Superb, if sobering (despite my delicious, 7% craft beer,) conversation on our precarious moment. While no accurate assessment can spare the gloom, I came away inspired to read this book and renew the effort to reclaim civility. Word by word!
