Deathrow for the original Xbox. Wikipedia describes it as "a futuristic full-contact hybrid of hockey and basketball played with a flying disc".
It was super fun but it came out like a couple of weeks before XBL launched & I think if they had waited and added online play, it would've done better.

I still enjoyed Paradise quite a bit but Burnout 3 is easily the peak of the franchise as far as I'm concerned.

He said that he has a qualifier match next week for a spot in the Casino Gauntlet. Why the longest reigning world champ in company history needs to win a qualifier match and seemingly nobody else does, I do not know.
(Maybe Mistico costs him the match to setup a rematch between them at All In?)

I've also seen people cite some tweet they made that was like mildly critical of Obama back when he was in office as some evidence that they're Trump supporters, as if no progressive person has ever been critical of Obama or something.

I'm a big Forza player (both series) so that was a primary reason for me sticking mostly with Xbox. That and the fact that it's where I've purchased most of my games for the last 20 years so I have a big library built up.

Xbox has been my primary platform for two decades now but all of this talk about it basically turning into a PC has really made me think "what if I just go back to being a solely Nintendo player?".

It’s cheap enough that I’ve been thinking of picking it up but I’ve spent too much money in the last week so it’s on the back burner for now.

Mine connected fine to my 5Ghz. No idea what the download speeds are like though because I started all my downloads last night then went to bed.

Yes. Playstation, Xbox, Switch and Steam according to the dev's website.

I'm hopeful. There were a couple of spots in that trailer that looked pretty Hitman.

The moment I can no longer buy a box, plug it into my TV and not think about it for 5-7 years, I'm out. PC holds no appeal to me as a game platform, especially as someone who is not going to play games at a desk. I've tried the computer plugged into a living room TV thing before. It's awful.

I fear that you're correct about consoles but hope that you're wrong because I have zero interest in playing on PC and even less interest in streaming so consoles are kinda my only option for playing games.

I’ve been playing almost everything on easy for years now and I not only find myself enjoying games more but I finish way more than I ever used to.

I’ve been to that stadium and yet I’m still not convinced that East Rutherford is a real place.

I like the fact that they put the Retro Classics thing on Xbox Cloud Gaming, so you can technically end up in a situation where you're not just streaming Zork, you're streaming an app that's then separately streaming Zork!

I think that's too soon. When they announced All In for Texas, Tony Khan said they'd be going back to Wembley in 2026 so I think that's when you pull the trigger.

I've seen people say that apparently the Switch 1 had USB mouse support too, just that like no games ever used it.

The reason for the difference between the apps and the website is that the apps are billed in CAD and the website is billed in USD.
(It's also worth noting the website doesn't charge sales tax, at least in Canada, whereas the apps do)

I suspect Apple & Google are only going to allow it in countries/regions that have specifically ruled that they are required to allow third party payment processors like the EU and now the US so we'll be out of luck unless a similar law/ruling happens here.

When the news got posted in a Discord earlier, my immediate response was "how many minutes until people get this thing to say stuff it shouldn't?" and of course the answer was "they already have".

I haven't watched any of season two (and probably won't, especially after reading this) but that's how I remember things being in season one.

I'm going to that Maple Leaf Pro show tonight. Some really fun matches on that card.

Those DKC ports were pretty good. It's how I finished the first game and most of the second game.

Yeah, it definitely feels like at some point consoles aren't gonna be a thing anymore and I'll be stuck only playing old games on increasingly aging hardware.

Yeah, the one-two punch of the Switch 2 (nice to meet you fellow fool!) and wanting to once again go to the Indycar race in Toronto this summer was my impetus behind finally getting serious about analyzing my budget and trying to be better about my spending.

Yeah, the closing time can suck some nights.
I'm trying to cut out most takeout for now anyway. Did some analysis of the budget last month and I truly spent too much (and that was with only one McDonald's visit!).

Honestly, these days, if I want that kind of food, I usually go to the cafeteria at my local Costco. I like their chicken strips and fries better, I feel more full after and it's less than half the cost of my similar order at McDonald's.

Yeah, I think there's too much overlap between the catalogs to warrant having both. I dropped down to the lowest PS+ tier after the last price hike for the same reason.
(I stuck with Game Pass because I use my Xbox more and can get it cheaper)

I know some of this is out of their control but Nintendo's niche for years now has been "the more affordable family console" and I really question if they'll find success when you can get a disc model of the PS5/Xbox for barely much more than the Switch 2.

I feel like that Canadian price at least is already gonna price out quite a few families as is.
I bought Switches for myself and each of my parents (they both play a ton of Animal Crossing) and even I'm feeling iffy about pre-ordering a new one solely because of that price.

You mean to tell me that they’re not being recognized from the WWE crossover movie that came out a handful of years ago? Surely every child has seen that, right??
(That is the only new Flinstones thing I know of existing in the last like 20 years)
