I thought so too, but when I looked again there was nothing newer than March 25th.

A half-hour or so ago, I saw a meme about detainees DYING at an ICE facility in Miami. When I checked it out I found articles going back more than a month. I have heard NOTHING about this before. WHY NOT? Because you’re wasting time on bullshit like a third term.
I just turned your show off.

All of them?
No. Lots of Biden and Obama appointees, lots of traditional conservatives with respect for the rule of law.
I don’t know how many federal judges there are but I’d guess it’s over a thousand. 90 or so district courts, 13 appellate circuits….

Looks like it’s the federal courts, ultimately the Supreme Court. Although Congress can veto changes.

Seriously? At what point do the civilized states secede? I don’t want to be in the same country with these lying scum.

The receptionist where I used to work was like that. Obsequious to management and donors. The opposite to support staff and, say, delivery people.

In fact it may be better not to.
Discretion and valor and all that.

At least Mika can tell the difference between Slovenia and Slovakia and doesn’t assume Slavs are loyal to Russia.

She’s getting 9:00 after Rachel goes back to Mondays only? Maybe something’s changed, but this lines up with what I heard yesterday: www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/bus...

It would be nice if, when she’s bashing Slavs, she could get the geography right.

I’m sure she’ll land on her feet.

Maybe in your next job, you won’t bash Slavs, or at least get the geography right if you do.

I’m sorry, I don’t see any point in calling for impeachment while Republicans control the House. What good does it do?

There was NOTHING respectful in the post that started this. Stereotyping entire states and threatening to close the borders between us and DEPORT us.
And - news flash - I don’t know what full-of-itself blue state you live in, you’ve got plenty of “fascist citizens” of your own. Every state does.

You just kicked his state out of the Union too, you hypocritical shrew.
comment in response to

You’re despising ME - who am none of those things - solely because of where I live.
And sure, kick Philadelphia and Detroit and Atlanta and Cleveland out of the country and go calling yourself a progressive.
By the way, you do not have the right to kick ME out of MY country.
Go to Hell.

No.
You’ll cut off very blue cities like mine that happen to be in (barely and temporarily) red states.
Frankly, you’re just as much a bigot as those you claim to be better than.

If “the greatest military force of all time” actually goes up against Russia, we’re all dead, idiot.
I despise Trump but I don’t know when Democrats decided that mushroom clouds over American cities were an acceptable risk to take to rescue Ukraine. Not that they actually *would* rescue Ukraine.

LOL! Totally missed the point.
He. Is. Not. Going. To. LEGALLY. Run. Again.
Period. End of.
This amendment proposal is irrelevant/trolling/nonsense.
Because there are others involved. It is literally impossible.
I’m not ruling out another January 6th or something ILLEGAL like that.

What stops him is that there is a process for amending the Constitution. A lot of Democrats - starting with 14 in the Senate - would need to sign onto it. There is no way in Hell he will get to run *legally* for a third term. Underline “legally.” I don’t put it past him to try illegal means.
comment in response to

That’s true, but it is also true that there is a process for amending the Constitution, and a lot of Democrats - starting with 14 in the Senate - would need to sign onto it. That’s not happening. And no state with Democratic election officials or a Democratic governor will put him on the ballot.
comment in response to
post
Does it say he can’t serve or just that he can’t run?
(Not that I’m sure what difference that makes….I’ve just been assuming no Democratic election official would put him on their state’s ballot.)
