Cowards. Law is profession, not a business. We are supposed to help move society forward.

Since Trump started his political career he has done so with racism as a foundation. His followers feel free to say out loud now what they previously only whispered. They see calling this racist out as an attack on each of them.

Microsoft made a great choice. Although I am a PL lawyer I have respect for the people at J&B.

They want generations of serfs working in their factories supporting the outrageous lifestyles of the elite wealthy.
And they want their serfs to be appreciative.

I do believe you inadvertently forgot to include a couple Justices who will be advocating from the bench.

We have term limits every two to four years at the voting booth. Statutory term limits only work for the GOP as they have endless hacks they can cycle in and out of office. The root problem is voter education and involvement beyond party loyalty.

I guess we send thoughts and prayers to the white nationalists that voted for Trump. But there are good people there that are suffering needlessly and that's shameful.

I wish. But the current Dem power structure had 4 years to get justice and didn't even get both feet past the starting line.
Merrick Garland will be remembered as a pushover, a colossal failure when action was needed to ensure a safe world.

The Fourth Reich says the U.S. Constitution no longer applies when the fuhrer declares them unnecessary.
Undoubtably Alito and Thomas agree.

A translation for those who don't understand GOP/FOX speak, "Oh come on he wasn't white, who cares!"

The only "religion" they care about is the one where you wear white hoods and burn crosses. Everything else is too woke.

There's always that one person that doesn't know, just doesn't get it. Too weird that here that one person is the one person who really should have completely understood it.

The NYT is about three decades too late with this "news." Biglaw has whored itself out to the highest bidder for so long no remnants of souls or morality is left.
Profits per partner regardless of the harm to society has been the only goal.
