I feel like B feels better visually and might also allow for more options to be added vertically but A is closer to the all important thumb which might make it more physically accessible.

One hour in and it seems like everyone who's anyone is using offshore tactics. Is there anyway to put a stop to these practices when even those who have the power to stop them seem to use tools to hide their wealth?

Finally got some time to read through this and I think this is GREAT I can easily see this creating realistic scenarios for players while not making things obviously generated. The decay table is nice too, though I almost feel like it could be used as an atmosphere table. Still great stuff!
