Not weird at all! Everyone has their own method that works for them. Batches work best for me due to personal time constraints but I could see having a rolling 10 open making sense!

Oh the joys of querying. My current tally is 17 rejections, 15 pending (but most likely non-responses), and gearing up for another 20 to send out. Goal is 100 rejections, assuming I can find enough appropriate agents. Wishing you luck with your next query batch.
