What happened is Netanyahu took the initative and then called Trump a "chicken" for not joining in. Bibi was mostly raised in the USA, which explains his flawless American accented English.

By 1992 Fred Trump suffered from Alzheimers so he didn't really understand what was happening. Donald set that up so he could score most of his parent's estate for himself before Fred died. That way Donald got around the will's intent and cheated his siblings.
