I can't eat onion, garlic rn, and I forgot to buy potatoes entirely LOL but we make do (I had kohlrabi on hand to replace tato, shhh I know it's not the same) it was so delicious I cried 😭💞💞

and today, the Davy Back Fight frankenfurters, I ended up adapting the recipe because salt and chicken stock alone are not seasoning 😭😭 instead of 2l chicken stock, 2 parts chicken stock: 1 part bonito stock added smokiness and so much umami pecorino cheese instead of parmesan phwoooaaarrr A+++++

made the Water-Water meat aka steamed(???) pork ribs, daikon, carrot, celery... veg was phenomenal but... idk... I would not steam the ribs like this. might try slow-cooking next time for more juiciness. and. more sauce. it was not very sauce
