Idk why this guy is getting credit for being “behind the boycott” when the idea was a meme and came from many places, from the reputable to the bizarre (the one coming from fake “heather cox Richardson”). Most people don’t know who this dude is. Unfortunately seems like more people shouldn’t know …

Choose Democracy is doing a great job on this! They are counting participants and hosting a database for future boycotts, as well as educating on what makes an effective boycott. Let’s channel this energy into the next, more effective thing!

Indeed… also, given our experience with medical dismissal, I wonder if diagnoses were just biased towards people affluent enough to actually find a dr to take them seriously?

One hour into the union rally at CFPB headquarters. Over 100 people here now.
Not a single elected official has showed up to support yet. Pretty remarkable.

Actually let me be more clear. It's not that COVID broke our brains.
What broke our brains was the willful, eugenic denial the "normality at any cost" crew pushed. We're all literally afraid to acknowledge that illness exists now.

If anyone tells you the pandemic is over, please show them this review finding that since 2020 more than 70% of hospital beds nationwide have consistently been in use. In the US, "hospital capacity challenges have now become a baseline reality."

As an update I listened to the third session which I thought was not useful, on diets, medications, supplements. Instructor seemed out of her area of expertise on those. We will see how the last session on neuro-inflammation is. So far it feels worth the $40 for the first two sessions

It is indeed heartbreaking. PEPFAR grants were arguably the greatest success of George W. Bush's administration and have helped millions worldwide for over two decades:

First, the memo is unlawful. They law doesn't allow for this.
But, as I'm reading this memo on its own terms, at 10:30PM on Monday, January 27th, I do not read this memo to reach SNAP. In other words, I don't think the people who wrote the memo intend to shut off SNAP.

Ok but how is that remotely useful in this moment of shock and awe? Litigating protest votes now is A HUGE WASTE of time and energy we need to move forward. In fact it moves us backwards.

I can assure you that Elon “print out your best line of code” Musk does not know how to hack. But he can pay anyone he wants to do it, just like he pays people to pump up his video game accounts …

— also a $40 one-time fee felt accessible to me and I am finding the tools well-founded and helpful so far. If people don’t feel like autonomic dysregulation is a big part of their picture it wouldn’t be for them though!

Yeah, I get it, and there are a ton of hucksters out there. This one came recommended by Dr Daniel Griffin who is on This Week in Virology and has earned my trust (has been great at highlighting that CBT and graded exercise therapy are ineffective & dangerous eg, and wrote a review of the literature
