Same! I just think itโs so funny that I can believe this wholeheartedly and then be so hard on myself for accommodating my life and brain ๐

Itโs just so funny to me how many weird made up rules we make for ourselves, and how even though Iโm a staunch audiobook listener some part of me clearly still had a bias because I felt I needed to read the physical books I bought for it to count

Trying to ๐ dumb brains only want to focus on the negative lol

Isnโt that so frustrating? I find often I have such a delayed response to things in my life or routines that arenโt working for me, or even triggering me. And then it clicks like weeks later ๐

I used to be really hard on myself for this but it truly is just part of the game that is managing ADHD. We crave novelty, and if the dopamine of a new routine helps stick to it for a while I see that as a win!

Dying to get to the poppy war trilogy! I have a potentially unrealistic goal of catching up on all RF Kuang before Katabasis comes out lol

Truly nothing more painful than having the adhd meds hit but not being able to use the motivation to do anything

Probably the same level of good news as the one from our sons school yesterday saying everyone has the flu but not the one that was covered by the vaccine this year

Absolutely lol Itโs so frustrating to have a brain like this. Like now that something is pressuring me to read it (even if itโs me!) my brain is just like โจnoโจ

Agreed ๐ I think I was just happy for Scarlett that they made up because their friendship meant so much to her

I loved this one so much! And I actually didnโt mind the conflict, I felt it portrayed the pain of trying to make friends but also growing out of an old relationship, idk something about the friendship there just really spoke to me. But I also made me want to scream ๐

Big fan of the pilot iroshizuku inks. I was able to get my hands on pre-opened bottles on eBay, or the small bottles are also a good way to test colors. I love my TWSBI ecos, so impressed with the ink capacity!
