We’ve got a friend in Wisconsin who said she wasn’t worried about potential cuts to Medicaid because she and her 3 kids don’t need it - they’re on BadgerCare. She was stunned when I told her they were all on Medicaid. Protecting people from shame by renaming MA has definite downsides.

Best way to introduce the X-Men to the MCU? Start with Charles being murdered. The second he dies, the world is suddenly “aware” of mutants cuz he had been shielding them for decades. Then everyone is immediately frightened of them when they realize how powerful mutants can be to do such a thing.
