You can't go back to life as "normal" because nothing about what's happening is normal. There will come a point when you will have to stand up, speak out and rise up. It's just the reality of the situation.

My assumption is that they will try to ban gay marriage next.
We are living in dire times and the main goal at this point for anyone in the LGBTQ+ Community is survival. The main point for any American at this point who still believes in democracy is survival.

Transgender people in this country are American citizens. We work and pay taxes just like everyone else. Don't think for a moment they're stopping with us...because they're not. If they can treat actual American citizens this way...please don't think you're safe, because you're not.
