I blame the humpty humpty for many things. Eggs are not one of them. Avian flu is to blame for that one. I'm not sure why, other than to prevent panic buying and price gouging, this is not in the mainstream news.

It shocks me how little is in the news about the avian flu. There are operations all over the US who are having to close and cull millions of birds, turkey along with chicken, meat and egg laying. Availability and pricing are about to go truly crazy. I can't believe this is not more mainstream.
