If you have ADHD and struggle with being consistent with client leads and onboarding I HIGHLY recommend visually mapping out your entire workflow, creating an SOP from it, and follow it to a T. Even after 12 yrs of freelancing if I don’t follow this something invariably falls through the cracks.

I’m reading The Dictionary of Lost Words - historical fiction about the Oxford English Dictionary. The way the dictionary came about is wild. There was a crowdsourced campaign for English speakers to send in “slips” of paper from all over the world, each had a word + its definition.
