I had an interesting dream last night. I finally stood up for myself to my mother. It didn't go well, when confronted she reacted as poorly as I expected. But it didn't hurt me any more. I said what I had to say and went my way. It felt good!

Proud mom moment. School calls, Allie's not in trouble, but has once again stirred the shit pot in government. Don't come to debate my child without facts and receipts, you will get flayed. Kid takes no prisoners and will not accept regurgitation.

Little bit of a funny story time. My 96 year old neighbor just moved into an assisted living home. She was so worried about her little cat. He's mainly outside hunting and being a good mouser on our properties, we've been keeping kibble outside for him the whole time as well.
