False. 2 of the 11 starters on defense are transfers. The other 9 all played their entire career at Ohio State (homegrown). 2 of the 11 starters on offense are transfers. So 18 out of 22 or 82% of starters were homegrown at Ohio State, but that is not equal to "most" in your opinion?!?!?

It could have been possible for Penn State to play Buckeyes for National Championship, if they had beat ND. The brackets are based on ranking, not on conference. Thus, Oregon could play Buckeyes for the National Championship in the future.
